Lftd1808 fully automatic unsaturated soil triaxial apparatus is an advanced laboratory soil testing instrument, which is mainly used to accurately and automatically test the mechanical properties of unsaturated soil in the laboratory. There are both pore water pressure and pore gas pressure in unsaturated soil, that is, matrix suction exists. In this system, the classical double wall pressure chamber is used, and the internal and external pressure is adjusted by the hydraulic controller to eliminate the volume change caused by the deformation of the pressure chamber; during the test, the overall change is measured by the drainage pipe connected in the pressure chamber, and the water volume entering / leaving the sample is measured by the pore pressure controller. The vertical loading of the system adopts multi-functional loading frame with loading range of 30KN ~ 50kN. It has LCD touch screen, which supports manual operation and full-automatic operation at PC end. The ambient pressure and back pressure control adopts advanced automatic pressure / volume controller with range of 2MPa, LCD touch screen operation and manual automatic selection. Automatic pressure controller is used for air pressure control. The pressure chamber supports sample diameter of 38mm ~ 50mm and sample bottom The base contains a scouring channel and is embedded with a high air intake value clay plate, and a permeable stone is placed on the top of the sample.
